Better remember your Greek letters from science and math classes in school... This is the menu of the taverna at the end of the docks. They were serving, as near as I could make out, top to bottom, "Salad Santorini", fish balls (we'd say fishcakes), tomato balls (fritters), sardines, marinated "little fish", mussels, shrimp in flaming cheese sauce, little octopus tidbits, ???, and fresh fish. For the latter you'd go to a fishmarket-style counter and pick what you wanted them to cook for you.
